Cedar Street reconstuction Phase 1 & 2
Lana was the lead consultant, design engineer and project engineer for the Cedar Street Reconstruction Project Phases 1 and 2. This project was a complete street reconstruction utilizing low impact development. This project included water line upgrades, complete concrete replacement and road bed modification.
The villas at Riverside
Lana was the site design engineer and site project engineer during construction for The Villas at Riverside, a 156 unit apartment complex. This project included the development of the apartment site, widening of 12th Street and construction of Opal Drive. Also included in this project were utility extensions and storm water mitigation.
Elko Junction Shopping Center
Lana continues to be the project engineer for Elko Junction Shopping Center. She was the site design engineer and site project engineer during construction for Famous Footwear, Maurices, Rue 21, Ross, Jo-Ann, Petco, Great Clips, Marshalls, Dress Barn and an on site park. She also provides as-builts for the shopping center's private utility system, inventory of parking and landscape areas, and schematics for marketing.
Hose Power U.S.A.
Lana was the design engineer and site project engineer hired by the general contractor Ormaza Construction during construction for this 1.5 acre industrial site. This scope of work included utility extension, site layout, site grading and storm water detention.
Express Carwash
This project was for the development of a 1.4 acre site for a tunnel carwash facility. Lana was the design engineer and site project engineer during construction. This scope of work included utility extension, site layout, site grading and storm water detention.
Ledgestone hotel
The Ledgestone Hotel project was the development of a 1.5 acre site. Lana was the design engineer and site project engineer during construction. This scope of work included utility extension, site layout, site grading and and street construction.
