Lana L. Carter, P.E. owner of Carter Engineering, LLC has worked in northeastern Nevada for the past 25 years as a professional civil engineer. She as been engineer of record for several residential, commercial and public works projects to include City of Elko projects.  Prior to starting Carter Engineering, LLC she worked for two other local consulting engineering firms and the City of Elko.


Lana L. Carter, P.E. has extensive experience in design, plan generation, planning, budgeting and construction inspection.  In addition she understands the permitting process for local and state agencies which is an asset in getting quickest possible permitting for construction.  

Ms. Carter prides herself in delivering high quality plans, on time and within budget.  The majority of her clients are repeat clients that she has established long lasting relationships with.  Client satisfaction is always her priority.
